Is Activate Your Impact an MLM?​

NO, Activate Your Impact is an Affiliate Tiered Influencer Program.

AYI does not believe in “paying to play”. There are no monthly or yearly fees and continuous leadership training is provided to set our ambassadors up for success to help create a life of emotional and financial freedom. We believe our products and executive training is part of our life’s purpose while the mission is to make our ambassadors feel empowered, trusted, and valued. There is no risk to join, just the opportunity to replace work with passion.​

How is AYI Beauty different from other skincare companies?

How does AYI define Clean Beauty?​

Clean at AYI means all of our products adhere to The Clean Impact List, which is focused on formulating without specific ingredients that are known or suspected to be potentially harmful to human health or the environment. The Clean Impact List is our most up to date list and is updated as needed and as new information becomes available. Click here to view.

 

Where is AYI Beauty sold and manufactured?

AYI Beauty is manufactured in Chicago, Illinois by leading dermatologists and sold everywhere in the United States.


 

Shipping and Returns
 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please note you have a limited amount of time in which to cancel your order, as our system is designed to fill orders and deliver orders promptly. At this time, you are unable to change part of your order. You must cancel the entire order.

 

To cancel your order please email us at info@activateyourimpact.com. Please include: Cancel my order and your order number in the subject line. 

 

If you are unable to cancel your order due to timing, once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.

 

How do I return or exchange my purchase?

While we at AYI are confident that you will enjoy all your products, we do accept returns and exchanges on items purchased through www.activateyourimpact.com and items purchased through your AYI Ambassador within 16 days of order receipt. Items marked FINAL SALE will not be eligible for a return or exchange. 

 

To return a product, email our customer service team at info@activateyourimpact.com. Be sure to include your order number, name, email address and phone number to expedite your return. We will then provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for a cost of $5 deducted from your refund total. 

 

Please note your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You may also send your return via your preferred shipping method and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Activate Your Impact is not responsible for returns lost in transit. You can expect a refund to be processed within 2-5 days after we have received your items.

 

What is the Domestic Shipping and Damages Policy?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. AYI ships anywhere in the U.S.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

 

Activate Your Impact is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Impact Rewards Program 
 

Do my points expire? No

How do I earn points? $1.00 = 1 Impact Point.

How do I redeem points? Create a Rewards Account with us by clicking on the rewards icon on our website. You will be able to redeem them at checkout.

How do I use my Make an IMPACT Day? Email us at info@activateyourimpact.com with the subject "IMPACT Day" and the date of your purchase to earn your bonus points.
