Return Policy

While we at Activate Your Impact are confident that you will enjoy all your products, we do accept returns and exchanges on items purchased through activateyourimpact.com and items purchased through your AYI Ambassador within 16 days of order receipt.

 

Items marked FINAL SALE will not be eligible for a return or exchange. To return a product, reach out to our customer service team at info@activateyourimpact.com.

 

Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, and phone number to expedite your return. We will then provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for a cost of $5 deducted from your refund total. 

 

Please note your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You may also send your return via your preferred shipping method and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. AYI is not responsible for returns lost in transit. You can expect a refund to be processed within 2-5 days after we have received your items.
